These terms of sale apply to every order placed with Firearms Depot. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have written them in plain English so you know exactly what to expect.
Who can buy: our terms of sale on eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old to buy a handgun from a licensed dealer.
- You must be legally allowed to own firearms under federal, state and local law.
- You must be buying the firearm for yourself. Buying a gun for someone who cannot legally buy it is a federal crime.
FFL shipping
All firearms ship only to a licensed FFL dealer. We need a copy of your dealer’s license before we can ship. You are responsible for any transfer fee your dealer charges. See our FFL transfer guide for the full process.
State and local laws
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. Some states and cities restrict certain models, magazine sizes or features. If we find that an order cannot legally be completed, we will cancel it and refund you in full. The ATF firearms page is a good place to start for federal rules.
Pricing and availability
Prices and stock can change. If an item turns out to be unavailable or was listed at the wrong price, we will contact you before charging you, or cancel and refund the order.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Orders are not final until payment clears and we have your FFL dealer’s license on file.
Returns and warranty
Returns are covered by our shipping and returns policy. Manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly by SCCY.
Right to refuse a sale
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that raise legal or safety concerns. If we cancel an order, you get a full refund.
Changes to these terms of sale
We may update these terms of sale from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies. Last updated: October 2026.
